As a VP of Sales, you will have the unique opportunity to join 4Semantics at a key stage of, the company’s growth and lead both our direct and indirect sales teams worldwide.

What you’ll do:

The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy and revenue, growth of 4Semantics’ SensID platform that automates the analysis and interpretation of, large volumes of complex documents. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will, play a pivotal role in shaping and executing 4Semantics’ market positioning and the go-to-market strategy, building and overseeing a highly dynamic sales organization, expanding its, customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

● Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to ensure the roll-out of, successful direct and indirect sales efforts, domestically and internationally.

● Collaborate with product development and management teams to align product marketing and sales strategies with the evolving needs of the target industries.

Team Leadership:

● Build and nurture a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance, coaching and support to maximize individual and collective performance.

● Foster a culture of impact, accountability, collaboration and passion for the industry.

● Lead the commercial team, putting the right oversight and governance in place and ensuring good reporting and CRM usage.

● Ensure alignment among the different delivery teams.

Sales & Revenue generation:

● Have the final accountability to ensure revenue performance vs projections, both on New and Existing accounts.

● Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with customers and closing opportunities to achieve new, sales targets.

● Similarly, lead the customer success team (to be created) in maximizing satisfaction and growth on existing accounts.

● Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & budget management:

● Monitor and report on key performance metrics and KPIs both for sales and on, market dynamics to the management and other stakeholders.

● Get and give visibility on the sales pipeline and forecasts.

● Regularly evaluate and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and drive continuous,improvement of our sales initiatives.

● Efficiently manage the commercial budget, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver maximum impact.

Product Marketing:

● Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new markets, verticals and solutions, ensuring alignment with industry  needs and market trends.

What we expect from you:

● Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles in technology sales in the financial services industry with an emphasis on software sales.

● Demonstrated success in driving growth in both direct and indirect sales environments.

● A track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

● Deep understanding of the financial sector’s challenges and how technology can solve them. Understanding of cognitive technologies and RPA would be highly appreciated.

● Presenting an excellent balance between strategic leadership and a hands-on approach.

● Fluent in English and Polish.

● BA/MA in Business or an Engineering degree.
